Wages and salaries for the periods of incapacity to work caused by:

1) sickness or isolation due to infectious disease lasting up to 33 days within the calendar year,

2) accident at work, accident to and from work or occupational disease either disease during pregnancy- lasting up to 33 days within the calendar year.
