Pharmacist


Definition:

Medical profession performed by a person who is qualified - graduated from pharmacy. A pharmacists protects public health by means of providing pharmaceutical services.



Pharmaceutical services include:

1) supply of medicinal products and medical devices

2) preparation of prescription medicines

3) preparation of pharmaceutical drugs

4) providing information on medicinal products and medical devices. The pharmacist must possess a license to practice issued by the district pharmaceutical chamber.
