Foreigners
Definition:
Persons who do not have citizenship of the country where they reside.
Foreigners residing permanently in Poland are included in the population of Poland, the remaining foreigners (irrespective of the length of stay) form the group of immigrants temporarily residing in Poland (thus, they are not included in the Polish population).
