Definition:
Persons who as juveniles undergo (or continue as adults) vocational training or are taught to perform a specific job, regardless of whether such persons continue education in vocational schools for juvenile employees or do not continue education in such schools. Such persons include members of Volunteer Labour Units who continue vocational training.
