Persons who in the reporting period were registered as unemployed in a labour office (during a month, quarter or year).

The registered unemployed are divided into the following categories: - persons registered in a labour office for the first time and returning to registration (including after intervention works, public works or after training), - persons hitherto not employed and persons employed in the past, - persons in the period up to 12 months from the date of ending the education, - terminated for company reasons (mass reductions).
