Personal wages and salaries for overtime work


Definition:

Wages and salaries: 1) resulting from basic principles of remunerating (hourly and monthly rates, piece rates, commission rates), together with additional payments, bonuses and other disbursements provided for in collective labour agreements or other laws on remunerations, in particular: - for work exceeding daily and weekly working time limit and for overtime work on Sundays and bank holidays. - for work on additional days free from work, - for duty in company, work in unplanned assistance, for overtime and work and work going over and above the planned quota - in relation to Section Q: Human health and social work activities, 2) lump sum - for performing actions included in the scope of duties under the employment contract at time exceeding the working time limit in force.
