Consumption of water in households does not include water delivered to unfinished and not commissioned residential buildings as well as water delivered to temporary accommodation places, such as: dormitories, hotels, holiday establishments, sanatoria, tourist hostels, weekday nurseries, hospitals, penitentiary establishments, etc.
