A person not less than 18 years of age, has at least secondary education, has knowledge, experience and skills necessary to perform tasks of a sports coach in sports in which Polish sports associations are active, and who has not been convicted of an intentional crime referred to in Articles 46-50, or specified in Chapter XIX, XXIII, with the exception of Article 192 and 193, Chapter XXV and XXVI of the Law of 6 June 1997 - Penal Code (Journal of Laws No. 88, item 553, as amended).
