Losses and statistical difference energy commodities

Definition:
The quantity which covers "loss in transport and storage" as well as "balance sheet differences" for individual energy commodities. This loss is generated in result of differences in the amount of their supply and consumption. It does not cover loss at end clients, which falls in the category of direct consumption. This quantity is calculated using the following formula: L = Ep - O, where: L - balance sheet losses and differences, Ep - primary energy, O - energy output.
