Definition:
Entities listed in the REGON registry (legal persons, organisational units without legal personality and natural persons conducting economic activity) are classified into this group based by date of deletion from the REGON registry.
A natural person may repeatedly undertake and liquidate economic activity. In such cases, they are counted as having been deregistered multiple times
