Average annual number of maximum daily vehicles (buses, trams, trolleybuses) in service, i.e. that have been sent out from a base to carry out service in linear traffic in urban/municipal (gmina's) passenger transport.

The maximum daily number of vehicles is the number of vehicles operating simultaneously on the routes during the peak hour on a given day.
