Monument


Definition:

1) an immovable or movable property, their parts or complexes, being a work of man or related to his activity and being a testimony of a past epoch or an event, the preservation of which is in the public interest due to its historical, artistic or scientific value;

2) immovable monument - immovable property, a part thereof or a group of properties referred to in item 1;

3) movable monument - a movable object, a part thereof or an assemblage of movables referred to in point 1;

4) archaeological monument - a fixed monument, being a surface, underground or underwater remnant of human existence and activity, composed of cultural stratification and their products or traces, or a movable monument, being such a product.
