Gminas' dwelling stock fitted with technical and sanitary facilities
Definition:
Dwellings owned by municipal authorities, situated in residential and non-residential buildings (e.g. office or industrial buildings), regardless of whether they are managed or administered by the municipal authorities or have been transferred to another entity for management, and equipped with technical infrastructure such as water supply, sewerage or central heating.
1. This applies to dwellings located in buildings wholly owned by the municipal authority and to dwellings owned by the municipal authority that are situated in buildings held in joint ownership, i.e. those covered by housing associations.
2. The water supply from the mains shall be understood to mean water supply installations (including consumption points located within the flat) supplying water from the mains (via active connections) from the street pipe.
3. Sewage system shall be understood to mean sewage installations (including sanitary fixtures located within the flat) discharging waste water into the mains drainage system.
4. Central heating shall be understood to mean the supply of heat (hot water, steam or hot air) from a central source of generation, i.e. a combined heat and power plant, a heating plant, a district boiler house or a local boiler house in a multi-dwelling building.
