Useful floor area of dwelling units with a lease agreement from he gminas' dwelling stock
Definition:
The useful area of all rooms located in premises used for housing purposes and owned by the municipality or single-member municipal companies to which the municipality has entrusted the performance of its own tasks relating to meeting the housing needs of the local community, with the exception of social housing initiatives, and premises held in self-ownership by those entities.
1. The useful area of the premises shall be understood to mean the area of all rooms within the premises, in particular bedrooms, kitchens, pantries, hallways, alcoves, lobbies, corridors, bathrooms and other rooms serving the tenant's residential and domestic needs, regardless of their intended purpose and manner of use.
2. The useful area of the premises does not include the area of balconies, terraces and loggias, mezzanines, built-in cupboards and storage spaces in walls, laundry rooms, drying rooms, pram storage rooms, attics, cellars and storage rooms intended for the storage of fuel.
