Intentional homicide


Definition:

A substantive crime, the elements of which include the effect of intentionally causing human death. This is understood not as so-called clinical death, i.e. cessation of circulation and respiration, but as cerebral death, which is defined as the permanent and irreversible cessation of brainstem function. (Article.148 of the Penal Code)
