The spatial database containing statistical address points was developed for the purposes of the National Census of Population and Housing 2011 and is constantly updated by official statistics. The database contains only address points for residential buildings. The accuracy of determining the coordinates of the points may vary (e.g. the coordinates of the centroid of the building from the orthophotomap, the coordinates of the entrance to the property from the GPS device of the enumerator), which results from different methods of obtaining the coordinates X, Y. In addition, this database is not part of the National Official Register of the Territorial Division of the Country (TERYT) and is conducted for the purpose of supporting statistical surveys.
