Financial sureties and guarantees from the local government units
Definition:
Local government units may grant sureties and guarantees, taking into account the provisions of the Public Finance Act. The total amount of sureties and guarantees is specified in the budget resolution. Sureties and guarantees provided by local government units are term and granted up to a specified amount.
