Hydrogen


Definition:

Chemical element with versatile properties. It can be obtained in various processes from steam reforming of hydrocarbons to electrolysis or bacterial fermentation, from non-renewable or renewable energy sources as hydrogen from low-emission sources with a low carbon footprint and hydrogen from emission sources which mainly use fossil fuels.
