Home abuse


Definition:

One-time or repeated deliberate action or omission violating the rights or personal rights of family members, in particular exposing these people to the risk of loss of life, health, violating their dignity, bodily inviolability, freedom, including sexual freedom, causing damage to their physical or mental health.
