One-year compulsory pre-school preparation

Definition:

One-year compulsory pre-school preparation starts at the beginning of the school year in the calendar year when the child reaches the age of 6. In the case of a child with a statement of special pre-primary education needs, this obligation arises from the beginning of the school year preceding the school year in which the child begins to fulfill compulsory education. One-year pre-school preparation can be held in a nursery school, a pre-primary section in primary school or another form of pre-school education.
