The WIBOR®


Definition:

The interest rate benchmark, within the meaning of Article3(1)(22) of the Benchmarks Regulation, being a critical benchmark within the meaning of Article 3(1)(25) of the Benchmarks Regulation, reflecting the interest rate at which entities meeting the Fixing Participant Criteria are ready to place a Deposit for a specific Fixing Tenor with other entities that meet the Fixing Participant Criteria.
