Persons aged 15-74 years who during the reference week:
1) were actively seeking work but were not available for work in the next 2 weeks; or
2) were passively seeking work and were available for work in the next 2 weeks; or
3) found a job to start in less than three months and were not available for work in the next 2 weeks; or
4) found a job to start no sooner than after three months.
