Expenses from the state budget and municipal budgets for:
1. family allowances and supplements to family allowance;
2. one-off childbirth grants;
3. care benefits: care allowances, care benefits and special care allowances;
4. parental benefits;
5. benefits paid by communes pursuant to Art. 22b a resolution of the commune council on the establishment of other benefits for the family.
