Day carer


Definition:

One of the forms of care for children under 3 years of age.
A natural person who is self-employed or employed by local government units (gminas, powiats, voivodships), public institutions, natural persons, legal persons and organizational units without legal personality, on the basis of an employment contract or a contract for the provision of services.
Day carer takes care of children from 20 weeks of age.



Performing the function of day carer requires notification to the "list" kept by the village mayor, mayor or president of city.
