Business travel expenses


Definition:

Costs incurred by the employer that an employee is entitled to for domestic and foreign travel, carried out at the time and place specified by the employer. These include subsistence allowances and reimbursement of travel expenses, travelling by public transport, accommodation and other necessary documented expenses, specified or recognized by the employer in accordance with reasonable needs.
