Contributions to the Fund of Guaranteed Employee Benefits


Definition:

Payments are made by the employer, pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 13 July 2006 on the Protection of Workers' Claims in the Event of the Insolvency of their Employer. The purpose of paid contributions is to protect employee claims in the event of the insolvency of the employer.
