Post-primary school


Definition:

A school conducting educational tasks following the core curriculum of an eight-year primary school. Post-primary schools include the following types of schools: a four-year general secondary school, a five-year technical secondary school, a three-year stage I sectoral vocational school, a three-year special job-training school, a two-year stage II sectoral vocational school and a post-secondary school where the education lasts a maximum of 2.5 years.
