Definition:

Statistical data containing information on a given business entity of the national economy or a natural person directly identifying such an entity or person by business name or by name and surname, address or generally available identification number, and enabling indirect identification of such an entity or person using any means of identification other than direct identification, except when these require an excessive cost, time or effort.
