Homeless beneficiary of social assistance at domicile


Definition:

The beneficiary of social assistance at domicile, not living in a dwelling apartment as defined in the provisions on the protection of tenants and housing resources of a commune and not registered for the permanent stay according to the provisions on population records and identity cards, as well as a person not living in a dwelling apartment, being registered for the permanent stay in an apartment in which living is not possible. Families and person, who lost their dwelling apartment due to a random event as well as a natural or ecological disaster are not covered by this concept.
