Petty offence


Definition:

A petty offense is a socially harmful act, prohibited by law at the time of its commission under penalty of arrest, restriction of freedom, a fine of up to PLN 5,000 or a reprimand. The perpetrator of a prohibited act does not commit a petty offense if he cannot be attributed with guilt at the time of the act.
