The rate of detectability of delinquents


Definition:

The ratio of the number of crimes detected in a given year (including those detected after being remitted from remission) to the number of crimes identified in a given year, increased by the number of crimes identified in the proceedings undertaken, and discontinued in previous years due to failure to identify the delinquents.
