Administrative courts are courts that administer justice by controlling the activities of public administration and resolving competence and jurisdiction disputes between local government bodies, local government appeal boards and between these bodies and government administration bodies. Administrative courts are: the Supreme Administrative Court and administrative courts of first instance.
