Collector's items include postage or fiscal stamps, first circulation envelope, stationery stamped, coins of gold, silver or other metal and banknotes, which are not normally used as legal tender or they have numismatic value, collections or collector's items of zoological, botanical, mineralogical, anatomical, historical, archaelogical, paleontological, ethnographic or numismatic value.
