Nominal value liability non-due which stem from guaranty


Definition:

The estimated amount that the guarantor would be required to pay until the end of the guarantee, assuming full use of the guaranteed credit, loan or issuance of securities, if the debtor, for which the guarantee was made, didn't make repayment itself.
