Library area designed for the users/readers (reading rooms, rental books), spaces for personnel, the space used for storing, occupied by machinery and equipment.

For the usable area shall not include: porches, lobbies, driveways, reception desks, recreation rooms for staff, a cafe, elevators, stairwells, locker rooms, corridors, sanitary facilities, premises occupied by the equipment for ventilation, heating and cooling.
