Universal postal services


Definition:

Postal services in national and international markets provided by the appointed operator, including:

1) receiving , sorting, transport and delivery:

a) letters, including registered and insured, weighing up to 2000 g and in the size specified in the Postal Law,

b) parcels for the blind,

c) postal parcels, including the insured, to a weight of 10 000 g and in the size specified in the Law Offices;

2) sorting, transport and delivery of postal parcels sent from abroad weighing up to 20 000 g and in the size specified in the Postal Law.



Services within the scope of the universal service - postal services, including letters and postal parcels with the weight and the size specified for the universal service, and delivery for the blind, not provided by the appointed operator under the universal service obligation.
