Persons whose main workplace is a public or non-public health care facility, a pharmacy, a pharmaceutical outlet, a stationary facility of social welfare or a practice. This group does not include persons for whom the main workplace is the National Health Fund, university or government entity or local government, the Ministry of Justice, as well as those working in the Social Insurance Institution, Agricultural Social Insurance Fund and in pharmaceutical companies, even if the work performed requires medical education. The methodology is consistent with international recommendations.
