Pre-treated wastewater


Definition:

Wastewater undergone pretreatment processes which cause decrease in pollutants concentration to the extent allowing (lack of substances harmful for the sewage network and causing problems for treatment plant works) their discharge to the sewage network (municipal, gminas or factory) or to the factory plant. There are three methods of the pre-treatment: mechanical, chemical and biological.
