Renewable heat


Definition:

Heat from renewable energy sources. Renewable heat occurs both as a primary source of energy derived directly from the source (geothermal and solar radiation and ambient heat obtained by the use of heat pumps) and secondary (derived) source of energy commodity produced (extracted) as a result of the transformation of energy in the combustion of renewable fuels.
