Implementation work


Definition:

Work carried out following the decisions of an enterprise to utilise the results of research and development works, including decisions of using both own and licensed invention projects, related to starting the production of new products or modernisation of produced products and introduction of new methods of production, which precede start of industrial scale production.



Implementation works including authoring supervision, cover in particular the works related to: 1) preparing complete technical documentation, 2) preparing projects of standards and documentation in the field of categorisation, 3) preparing an industrial prototype, first set of tools and tooling as well as completing technological devices, 4) preparing trial lot of a new product, carrying out trials and introducing post-trial corrections. Implementation works are finished upon starting industrial scale production of a new or modernised product or implementation of a new technology.
