Water legal permit
Definition:
Administrative act in the form of a special type administrative decision, being one of the most important legal remedies, which regulates rights and obligations of an entity which was granted the permit, connected with the use of water, construction and maintenance of water facility boards.
Pursuant to Water Law, obtaining water legal permit is required for: special use of water, construction of water facility boards and exploitation of water facility boards for underground water intakes and facilities protecting water areas against flood. At the moment, starosta is competent to issue the permits. Voivodeships Marshalls grant permits to the companies which construct or use an object included in investments particularly noxious to the environment and human health.
