Definition:

Every tree or bush whose loss impoverished the green area.



The loss of a tree/bush in the green area means a tree/bush removed as a result of the construction, repairs to the road or the modernization of roads, measures taken to maintain and preserve of the greenery (dead plant, plant does not promising chance of survival, etc.), activities conducted because of the civil and property protection as well as a tree/bush lost due to storms, fires, etc.
