Zoological garden


Definition:

An arranged and landscaped area including technical infrastructure and buildings functionally associated with it, where live wild animals are confined within enclosures and displayed to the public for at least 7 days in a year, with the exception of:

a) circuses,
b) pet shops,
c) the places, where no more than 15 species of animals and a total of not more than 50 specimens of reptiles, birds and mammals are displayed to the public.
