Pre-employment, periodic, control medical examinations


Definition:

Medical examinations, which are performed:
• prior to employment and the commencement of work at the employer's premises,
• every time a work station of a young worker is changed,
• in the event that an employee's work station is changed, provided that this change is related to the existence of risk factors in the new work environment.



Pre-employment medical examinations are not performed among individuals, which are engaged again by the same employer onto the same work station or onto a work station with identical working conditions, on the basis of an employment contract concluded at least 30 days after the cancellation or expiry of the preceding contract with the same employer.
