Floorarea of dwelling fitted with central heating


Definition:

A floor space of dwelling located in residential and non-residential buildings connected to a heating system or with local boiler-rooms.



The useful floor area of dwelling fitted with central heating is the basis for calculating the charges for central heating. Floor area of dwelling fitted with central heating includes floor area of rooms without heaters (e.g. a hall/corridor or a flushed toilet), if charges for central heating, depending on area of these premises are collected.
