Non-residential building completed


Definition:

Non-residential building completed is a construction if at least half of the overall useful floor area is used for non-residential purposes and completion of construction has been submitted by the investor to the building control authorities and this body has not issued an objection (in the form of a decision) or for which the investor has obtained a permit - in the form of a decision - issued by the building control authorities
