Residential building completed is a construction if at least half of the overall useful floor area is used for residential purposes and completion of construction has been submitted by the investor to the building control authorities and this body has not issued an objection (in the form of a decision) or for which the investor has obtained a permit - in the form of a decision - issued by the building control authorities
