At-risk-of-poverty rate before social transfers other then old-age and survivors' benefits


Definition:
Percentage of persons with an equivalised disposable income before social transfers except old-age and survivors' benefits below the at-risk-of-poverty threshold set at 60% of the national median of equivalised disposable income.


The rate is calculated on a basis of the EU-SILC survey.
