Local production entity


Definition:

Local entity of an enterprise, where resources are being combined (devices, labour force, manufacturing techniques, information network, products), which leads to manufacture of specified goods and services. Production activity is characterized by a contribution of products (goods or services), production process, as well as manufactured products.



Results of production activity are utilized not only in basic or secondary activities, but their significant part is also sold outside an enterprise.
