Indicator of structure


Definition:

Ratio of part of the statistical population (sub-population) to the whole population. After the multiplication by 100 can be interpreted as a percentage (values in the range [0; 100]). Indices of structure can be calculated for both quantitative (measurable) and qualitative (non-measurable) features.
